MAG-ERA is the first online application for keeping records of employees and their working hours which fully complies with the regulations on employee and working hours record-keeping.
It is a web application for online employee and working hours record-keeping that does not require any installation. It can be run from any computer that has Internet access, directly from your web browser.
The application can be used to track different types of working hours, as determined by the regulations, to actively manage working hours, to plan a vacation for each employee, to automatically keep a record with working hours types and days which the users themselves select, as well as to perform many other functions.
The application offers a possibility to edit working hour records on a daily basis, at intervals of up to 15 minutes.

You can try our application for a trial period of 30 days. We offer to install the application on your computer by connecting via the Internet. We also provide user tutorials and free customer service calls throughout the trial period, without any obligation to purchase the software.

Customized working hours

Monthly time entry
Keeping records of employees for a whole month in advance with just one mouse click. It enables you to select multiple working hours types and to plan and record annual vacations for all employees.
Frequent upgrades
Frequent adjustments of application to our users, upgrading and improving the existing functions and creating new ones. With each new upgrade, users receive an e-mail notification. It is also possible to see all upgrades from the home page of the application itself.
Shift work and night work
Allows record-keeping of working hours for shift work and night work by selecting night work or shift work which is then displayed on the report.

Daily time entry
Editing records on a daily basis using daily records which enables you to accurately edit different working hour types, at time intervals of up to 15 minutes.
Reports
Daily, weekly and monthly reports, which allow payroll calculation on the basis of working hours schedule.
The possibility of exporting reports, in multiple formats, for each employee, for each department or for all employees.

No special installation on the user's computer is required. Access is provided from any location in the world.
Application settings
Application settings are separately provided for the whole company, for different organizational units and for each employee.
Automatically adding working hours
It is possible to set to automatically add working hours for individual employees or for all employees at once.
Automatic report sending by email
It is possible to set automatic report sending to one or more email addresses, at a specified time.
Manual email report sending
Every application user can send a working hour record to the email address selected from the calendar itself.
Warning messages
The message warns of any action that exceeds the general application settings values, which were specified by the user.
