Overview

ERPERP (Enterprise Resource Planning System) is a computer system that takes into account all the operational processes within the business, from the records of commodity-material business to the sales and financial records.

ERP represents the assemblage of many applications into a unique system that reduces the time and cost by putting everything into one place. It allows for the management of the purchase of materials, together with the records of incoming goods according to the suppliers, as well as the records of the incoming and the delivery of the outgoing invoices to the business associates.

Documentation within the application is connected in a way to allow easy access to all the documents and the possibility of connecting them to the scanned documents or the documentation in other formats.

Data input occurs only once which reduces the number of mistakes, with every user only being able to access the information enabled by user rights.

Data Import

Import data

If the information about items, clients or other persons had been managed in another programme, that is, in any electronic format, and if there is a possibility of its export, we offer an option of data import into the application to ease the transition to our application without having to input a vast amount of data twice.

Catalogs

Catalogs contain all the information necessary to work with an application. A simple change and addition of data is enabled by the main and the additional general catalogs.

Main application catalogs are specially separated due to the frequency of use.

Work orders

Work orders

Within the ERP application it is possible to enable the option for keeping records of the vehicles and work orders.

For service stations it is possible to connect the work order to the vehicle, but there is also a possibility of enabling the option for work order records only.

When a vehicle is received, the main concern is to have an inspection of the work done on it, regardless of the possible change of owner in the mean time. For that reason, work orders are based on the vehicle, despite the invoice being issued to the owner. Thus, it is possible to have an overview of the complete work history according to the clients (and all their vehicles) or according to the vehicles.

By enabling the work order option, an empty work order, that will be issued to the person responsible for it, can be printed. It is the possible to electronically complete the work order using the aplication, as well as to make all the neccessary documentation for it.

Reports

With the help of reports, the business can be advanced and the business decisions improved - from the issuing of various invoices and other documentation, to the analysis of employees' performance, group invoices, and statistics according to the choice of various criteria.

Incoming and outgoing invoices catalogs

Recording the incoming and outgoing invoices, automatic or manual creation of the input with the system of concluding documents. Recording the status of charge, invoice status, forms of payment and the business report by the time period, depending on the form of payment; book printing according to the form of payment during a time period, according to the suppliers, etc.

Recording the entire warehouse, item cards, unlimited number of warehouses on various locations, warehouse turnover, warning on the critical amounts, view of the status in invoice and order making, as well as many other options in the warehouse management module.

Clearances and Item Return

In the application it is possible to create clearances for certain items from the receipt or items of the book of incoming invoices, whereas the item return can be created  from receipts or delivery notes.

Documents are connected so that at any moment it is possible to have an insight into which documents a certain clearance has been created for, or what items have been returned.
